C 3 was hired by Kjellstrom and Lee to assist with the 433,000 Sf facility, which involved new construction, renovation and addition. Services offered on the project included Project Management, Site Service Management, Equipment Management, and Insulation.
University Of Virginia Hospital
Charlottesville, VA
Working alongside Skanska and The Bell Company on this 440,000 SF masterpiece, C 3’s scopes included Insulation, Firestopping, Equipment Management and Project Management.


Dominion Towers
Richmond, VA
Hourigan and Clayco teamed up on this project, which is estimated to be 1,000,000 SF and occupies an entire block standing 20 stories tall. Scopes of work that C 3 was responsible for included Insulation, Firestopping, Equipment Management (Fuel Tanks and Fuel Oil), and Project Management.
Capital One McLean
Tyson’s Corner, VA
C3 worked alongside W.E. Bowers on the 940,500 SF corporate headquarters for Capital One. The space includes 23 floors of corporate office space with three floors of amenities including conference rooms, dining, special events space, fitness and a basketball court. The facility also includes trendy restaurants and retail at the ground floor, a 6-story entry lobby and below and above grade parking with 1,680 spaces, for a total building area of 1.7 million square feet. Scopes of work included Insulation, Firestopping, Project Management and Equipment Management (C 3 managed 9 Equipment vendors on this project).


Gateway Plaza
Richmond, VA
C 3 was brought along by M&E for this 520,000 square foot office space. The elegant state of the art facility is a powerful addition to the Richmond skyline, and includes 18 stories and a 509 car-parking garage. C 3 offered the services of Mechanical and Plumbing insulation, Firestopping, and oversight of equipment rigging. This tower was assembled in a high performance glass curtain wall system with butt-glazed facades and expressed aluminum frames.
Central National Bank
Richmond, VA
Originally constructed in 1929 as a bank, C 3 was brought along by JRC in 2014 to renovate this 248,000 square foot tower into a building with the capacity of housing 200 apartments. Contributing insulation and firestopping to the 23-story building, ODCS was able to fulfill its role in assembling arguably one of the most beautiful buildings in the City of Richmond.


Huguenot High School
Richmond, VA
ColonialWebb contracted C 3 on this 250,000 square foot facility. Having the capability to hold the capacity of 1,400 students, the high school is also equipped with a 1,000-seat auditorium, a 2,500-seat three-court gymnasium, and a 2,500-seat football stadium. On this project, ODCS brought the services of Firestoppping, and equipment management. Upon completion in the ladder part of 2014, the high school was opened on January 5the to students. Making it the first new high school in the City of Richmond since 1968.
